I used it last year for every round of golf that I played, and it put me in the right frame of mind for my shots: "You've got the yardage, this is the right club, now put a good a swing on it".
Hey, I didn't read this yet, but I browsed through it at Barnes and Noble and it seemed pretty cool. Definitely a scientific approach to putting, but very thorough.
